2 to 4 Personal Training Sessions per Week
Choose from two to four (55 - minute) sessions weekly.

Personal training includes a minimum four-month commitment. This lets us work with your body’s needs and movement patterns to help you see meaningful progress. Our approach is personalized and flexible, prioritizing your unique goals and lifestyle.

We understand that life can get busy! That’s why we offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. To ensure we can properly manage our trainer’s schedule and space availability, we kindly request a 48-hour notice for any changes to your in-person training session.
Please note that late rescheduling within 48 hours may incur a $35 fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

We ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel, as we reserve time and space exclusively for you.
Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will incur the full session charge. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

The number of training sessions per week really depends on your consistency and schedule. However, for the best results, we recommend training 3 times per week.
This frequency strikes a great balance between building strength, improving fitness, and allowing for adequate recovery between sessions. Of course, we can tailor the plan to fit your individual needs and lifestyle!
