    We’ll dive into your goals, training history, injuries, current lifestyle, and preferences.

    Together, we’ll outline a plan that includes your timeline, training frequency, and realistic milestones to keep you on track.

  • 3. Receive Training Program

    Get a fully customized program tailored to your goals, complete with 3 scheduled workouts per week.

    Access the training app to log your workouts, track progress, and stay connected to your coach.

  • 4. Weekly Check -in

    Meet with your coach for 25-minute weekly check-ins to review your progress, refine your plan, and address any challenges.

    Use this time to optimize habits like sleep, nutrition, and recovery to keep you on track.

 Virtual Personal Training FAQ’s

  • Virtual training is offered as a monthly recurring subscription, providing you with structure, accountability, and flexibility to train on your schedule. This lets us work with your body’s needs and movement patterns to help you see meaningful progress. Our approach is personalized and flexible, prioritizing your unique goals and lifestyle.

  • We understand that life can get busy! That’s why we offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. To ensure we can properly manage our trainer’s schedule and space availability, we kindly request a 24 hours notice for any changes to your Weekly check - in.

  • If you need to cancel your virtual personal training subscription, please email us at least one week before your next billing date to ensure we have enough time to process the cancellation.

    Unfortunately, if notice is not provided before the billing cycle begins, we will not be able to issue a refund for the payment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

  • The number of training sessions per week really depends on your consistency and schedule. However, for the best results, we recommend training 3 times per week.

    This frequency strikes a great balance between building strength, improving fitness, and allowing for adequate recovery between sessions. Of course, we can tailor the plan to fit your individual needs and lifestyle!
