While you train with a partner, you still receive focused, one-on-one coaching from your trainer. How 2-on-1 Personal Training Works

  • Step 1: Book a discovery call

    Let’s start with a quick conversation to see if we’re a good fit to work together. This is your opportunity to ask questions and share your fitness goals.

  • Step 2: Initial Consultation

    We’ll dive into your goals, training history, injuries, current lifestyle, and preferences.

    Together, we’ll outline a plan that includes your timeline, training frequency, and realistic milestones to keep you on track.

  • Step 3: Fitness Assessment

    Metrics: Measure key stats like weight and body circumferences to monitor progress.

    Movement Analysis: Assess how you move to identify strengths, weaknesses, and the best exercises for your goals.

    • Use the results to create a tailored plan designed to improve performance, prevent injury, and maximize results.

  • Step 4: Train, Nourish & Recover

    Begin your personalized program with a focus on building sustainable habits in training, nutrition, and recovery.

    • You’ll have the tools and guidance to achieve your goals without letting fitness take over your life.

 Personal Training FAQ’s

  • 2-on-1 Personal Training is a semi-private training option where two clients train together under my coaching with a Two -month commitment. . Each session is designed to fit both participants’ individual goals while allowing for shared motivation and accountability.

    This lets us work with your body’s needs and movement patterns to help you see meaningful progress. Our approach is personalized and flexible, prioritizing your unique goals and lifestyle.

  • We understand that life can get busy! That’s why we offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. To ensure we can properly manage our trainer’s schedule and space availability, we kindly request a 48-hour notice for any changes to your in-person training session.

    Please note that late rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a $35 fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

  • Training sessions will continue as scheduled even if one person is unable to attend. The session will be adjusted to focus on the attending participant’s individual goals, ensuring they still get a productive workout.

    However, missed sessions are not refundable or transferable, so it’s important to coordinate with your partner whenever possible.

  • At this time, both participants must sign up together for 2-on-1 Personal Training. Since this program is designed for pairs, it’s best suited for friends, family members, or training partners who want to work toward their goals together while benefiting from expert coaching.

    However, if you’re interested but don’t have a partner, let me know! I can keep you on a waitlist and try to match you with someone who has similar training goals and availability. While I can’t guarantee a match, I’ll do my best to help you find a compatible training partner so you can take advantage of this program. If you prefer a more personalized experience, 1-on-1 personal training may be a better option.
